Virginia Commonwealth University Volleyball Camp
Skills Camp emphasizes training the fundamentals and development of all volleyball skills. This is not a position specific camp. Campers will be separated by age, skill level and experience to allow for consistent level of competition on each court. All Skills camp will cover basic technique for passing, setting, hitting, serving, and defense. The primary focus will be teaching participants proper skills technique. Instruction will be provided by VCU coaching staff and players.
