To provide an opportunity for players in the DC Metropolitan area to get exposure prior to the upcoming season and create the Potomac Valley regional Watch List.

- An evaluation period is that period of time when it is permissible for authorized athletics department staff members to be involved in off-campus activities designed to assess the academic qualifications and playing ability of prospective student-athletes. No in-person, off-campus recruiting contacts shall be made with the prospective student-athlete during an evaluation period. Dec. 15-18
- A contact period is that period of time when it is permissible for authorized athletics department staff members to make in-person, off-campus recruiting contacts and evaluations.
- Sept. 1 through Nov. 30, except as noted below: Nov. 7-10; Feb. 17 through July 31
- Quiet Period - No face to face, contact with recruits off the college campus.
- May 1 - June 1, 2023
